Check-In & Check-Out

Check-in: From 3:00 pm
Check-out: By 10:00 am

Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability. Additional charges may apply.

Guests are kindly requested to inform us in advance of their expected arrival time so our team can prepare for a smooth check-in experience.

Reservation & Payment Policy

A valid reservation confirmation is required for all stays.

Payment terms, deposit requirements, and cancellation conditions may vary depending on the rate plan, booking period, promotion, or booking channel used. Please refer to your booking confirmation for the specific terms that apply to your reservation.

For direct bookings, our reservations team will provide full payment and cancellation details at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation policies vary depending on the season, booking type, and rate plan.

Any cancellation, amendment, no-show, or early departure may be subject to charges in accordance with the terms stated in your booking confirmation.

We recommend reviewing your reservation details carefully before confirming your stay.

Guest Registration

All guests are required to provide valid identification upon check-in.

In accordance with Japanese accommodation regulations, guests may be asked to provide passport details or other required information during the registration process.

Only registered guests are permitted to stay overnight in the accommodation.

Maximum Occupancy

Each room or apartment has a maximum occupancy limit. The number of guests staying in the room must not exceed the occupancy stated in the booking confirmation.

Additional guests may not be accommodated without prior approval from the hotel. Extra charges may apply where permitted.

Children & Families

Children are welcome at Alpen Ridge Niseko.

Families requiring baby cots, high chairs, babysitting support, or other child-related arrangements are encouraged to contact our team in advance. These services are subject to availability and may require advance booking.

Non-Smoking Policy

Alpen Ridge Niseko is a non-smoking property.

Smoking, including electronic cigarettes and vaping, is not permitted inside guest rooms, apartments, balconies, common areas, ski lockers, or other indoor areas unless a designated smoking area is provided.

A cleaning or deodorising fee may be charged if smoking is detected inside the accommodation.

Pet Policy

Pets are not permitted at Alpen Ridge Niseko, except for certified assistance animals where required by law.

Guests travelling with an assistance animal are kindly asked to contact us in advance so appropriate arrangements can be made.

Housekeeping

Housekeeping service is provided during your stay according to the service schedule applicable to your booking.

Additional housekeeping, towel changes, or linen changes may be available upon request and may incur an additional charge.

Guests are kindly asked to maintain the room in a reasonable condition throughout their stay.

Room Facilities & Kitchen Use

Each apartment includes a kitchen area equipped with modern appliances for guest convenience.

Guests are responsible for using kitchen appliances safely and appropriately. Please do not leave cooking unattended. Any damage, excessive cleaning, or misuse of facilities may result in additional charges.

Damage, Loss & Additional Cleaning

Guests are responsible for any damage, loss, breakage, or excessive cleaning required as a result of their stay.

The hotel reserves the right to charge the registered guest for repair, replacement, specialist cleaning, or other related costs.

Please report any damage or maintenance issues to our team as soon as possible.

Noise & Guest Conduct

For the comfort of all guests and neighbouring properties, please keep noise to a minimum, especially during evening and night-time hours.

Parties, events, excessive noise, disruptive behaviour, or activities that disturb other guests are not permitted.

The hotel reserves the right to ask guests to leave the property if behaviour is unsafe, disruptive, or in breach of hotel policy. Refunds may not be provided in such cases.

Ski Equipment & Lockers

Ski and snowboard equipment should be stored in the designated ski locker or approved storage area.

For safety and cleanliness, ski boots, skis, snowboards, and other wet equipment should not be brought into guest rooms unless otherwise approved by hotel staff.

Alpen Ridge provides ski-related facilities, including ski lockers, rental support, fittings, lessons, and lift pass assistance.

Parking & Transfers

Parking availability may be limited and should be confirmed in advance.

Airport transfers and private transport arrangements may be available upon advance booking. Travel time from the airport is approximately 2 to 2.5 hours, depending on weather and road conditions.

Complimentary Driving Service

Complimentary driving service around Hirafu may be available during selected periods or operating hours.

This service is subject to weather, road conditions, availability, and hotel operation schedules. Advance requests are recommended.

Lost Property

Any items left behind after check-out will be kept for a limited period.

Guests are responsible for contacting the hotel to arrange collection or delivery. Delivery costs, if applicable, will be charged to the guest.

The hotel is not responsible for perishable items, valuables, or items that cannot be safely stored.

Personal Belongings & Valuables

Guests are responsible for their personal belongings and valuables during their stay.

Please ensure doors and windows are securely locked when leaving the room. The hotel is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings unless caused by proven hotel negligence.

Safety & Emergency

Please familiarise yourself with the emergency exits, evacuation routes, and safety information provided in your room or at the property.

In case of emergency, please contact hotel staff immediately or call the appropriate emergency service.

Weather & Resort Conditions

Alpen Ridge Niseko is located in a mountain resort area where weather, snow, road, and lift conditions may change quickly.

The hotel is not responsible for closures, delays, transport disruptions, ski area operations, or activity cancellations caused by weather or other circumstances outside the hotel’s control.
